TERRY IN, LAMPARD OUT OF ENGLAND GAME

John Terry successfully completed a full England training session this morning (Monday) and is expected to be fit for the game in Berlin on Wednesday.

However Frank Lampard has been ruled out due to a rib injury suffered at West Bromwich Albion.

He reported to the England camp on Sunday night and was scanned this morning before being released.

Liverpool's Steven Gerrard has also been ruled out with a groin injury. Former Chelsea midfielder Scott Parker and Fulham's Jimmy Bullard have been called up.

Terry's participation was in doubt after he came off towards the end of Saturday's game due to pain in his foot.
