AC Milan's Kaka has been in the last three, while Ronaldinho was in the first three. Only Terry is an ever-present, with the FIFPro awards commencing in 2005.
Hewas voted into the side by some 45,000 professional players from all over the world, and was one of 10 current Chelsea players in the original shortlist of 55, now whittled down to the final 11.
The Chelsea captain was one of five from the Premier League to be named in the side.
